Oscar and Gabriele Buratti are brothers, both architects, working together in Milan as Buratti Architetti. Gabriele, born in 1962, taught interior design at the Politecnico di Milano's Facoltà del Design between 2003 and 2010.
The practice moves between architecture, interiors, exhibition design and furniture, and their products carry the same interest in proportion and structure as their buildings. Grek, their shelving for Living Divani, is essentially a frame that holds boxes wherever they are wanted, so the same system can be a low sideboard in one room and a full wall in another.
