Clivio chaise

Designed by Keiji Takeuchi, Clivio is a sculptural, meditative daybed that shifts easily between uses, from a solitary lounger to a bench for two, and its name recalls the Latin for a rolling hill, echoing its soft, continuous profile.

This indoor version has a supporting frame in coupled tubular steel with epoxy powder coating, sprung with coated rubber elastic straps and padded in polyurethane foam covered in polyether, with a fully removable fabric or leather cover secured by zippers. Clivio is also available as an outdoor piece, built to the same silhouette in weatherproof materials.
