The sky, the clouds and soaring birds are what come to mind when looking at the Luft armchair. Walter Maria de Silva’s aim was to produce a fluid, almost suspended design that doesn’t forget ergonomics and comfort.

The armrests and seat trace a perfect, elegantly curved line, reminiscent of the wings of a seagull. The feet follow the profile of the sides which open outwards, accentuating the harmonious rhythm of the design. Luft generously embraces the body, invoking a sensation of immediate relaxation. A comforting effect that is enhanced to the max by the use of the optional lumbar cushion padded in soft goose down.
The Luft armchair has a sophisticated and complex technical structure, studied down to the finest of details, which uses different materials like moulded rigid polyurethane, polyurethane foam and polyester wadding. The feet are in die-cast aluminium and painted grey and aluminium. They are also available in chromium-plated aluminium. The Pelle Frau® leather upholstery, enriched with tone-on-tone stitching, accentuates the softness and comfort of the armchair, which is complemented by the Luft pouf in the same materials.
